Problem!!!

OK! I have a problem here. I am very used to the layout of my blogposts before they are published. Now though, everything has gone somewhat plain text mode and I cannot find the icons to post my beautiful pics with. Help!!!! I am such an idiot when it comes to these types of things!

    You might be in the html tab.... look at your tabs just above the box where you type.

    Doesn't seem to have any tabs at all. Just plain text links. So at a lost. I remembered seeing this format before but it was when I was using google search in the office. Want to pull out my hair now i.e. quite frustrating.
